While some unit owners reside in their units on a full-time basis, others may lease out their units from time to time. Leasing of units is handled by each individual unit owner or the owner’s property manager. There is no central leasing agent. Tenants, whether short-term or long-term, must comply with all Association requirements while on the premises and may not create a nuisance condition or interfere with the other residents’ full enjoyment and peaceful occupancy of their property.
